Return/Repair Procedure at Own Cost

We accept return/repair requests AT OWN COST ONLY through the form available HERE.

We will respond to each submission within 5 working days (we work from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM), and the repair will be completed within 14 working days from the date the problem resolution is agreed upon.
Important!
We do not accept return/repair requests through any means other than the one described.
Shipping the returned product:
- Include the order number and album title with the shipment, so we can quickly match the complaint with the received package.
- Pack the shipment carefully—a thick layer of packaging filler, such as paper + protective packaging—preferably cardboard, with special attention to the corners of the product. This ensures that the package reaches us intact.
- Send the package to the following address: CRYSTAL-ALBUMS, ul. Daszyńskiego 55, 42-400 Zawiercie.
Please remember that courier companies are not responsible for damages resulting from improper packaging of the product! For this reason, proper and safe packaging of the shipment is crucial. We reserve the right to charge additional costs if a product is delivered to us damaged due to insufficient protection. Please send packages by courier, not by Poczta Polska!
