You need to open the following menu in Photoshop and compare the dimensions of your file with the table at the bottom of the article.
Open Photoshop and go to the menu:
Obraz -> Rozmiar obrazu
Image -> Image Size (for English)
The open window looks like this
Check the following one by one:
- Dimensions (Wymiary): Check if the pixels match the table provided below.
- Width and Height (Szerokość I wysokość): Check if the dimensions match the table below.
- Resolution (Rozdzielczość): Check if the resolution is 300 pixels per inch. Note! Do not save the resolution in pixels per cm!
Common problems:
- Check the resolution! It is often set incorrectly—it must be pixels per inch!
- You are uploading the wrong cover for the eco album. Each number of pages requires a different cover size!
- Your purchased eco template has the wrong size. You need to adjust it to our dimensions or contact your provider!
- Make sure you are uploading files to the correct product. Sometimes it happens that in a previous step you selected the wrong product. :)
