What if my photo has different proportions?
If you upload a photo with proportions other than 2:3, our panel will crop it to the required proportions. This means that part of the photo will be cut off — at the top and bottom or at the left and right, depending on the orientation. You have no control over which part is removed.
If you upload a portrait photo, it will be cropped!
That is why we recommend cropping the photo to 2:3 yourself in a graphics program (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva) before uploading it to the panel. This gives you full control over the framing and makes sure the print shows exactly what you want.
