How to enable the integration of Crystal Albums with Photonesto?

In this article, you will learn how to enable the integration of Photonesto with Crystal Albums

Step 1: Linking your Photonesto account with your Crystal Albums account

To enable integration with Crystal Albums, you must have an account in the new Crystal Albums order panel. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one here: https://crystal.pre.aur.ac/register

You can enable the integration with Crystal Albums in the sales configuration under the "Photo Lab Integrations" tab.

 


 

To enable the integration with Crystal Albums, you need to switch the activation button to "on." After switching the button, you will see a window to enter the API keys for your Crystal Albums account.


You can find the API keys in Crystal Albums under "My Account" in the "API" tab.


Step 2: Create a product price list for print fulfillment with Crystal Albums

With the integration with Crystal Albums enabled, everything is ready for you to start offering prints produced by our Lab.

You can create the product price list in Konfiguracja sprzedaży under the Cennik produktów tab.


  • You can create a product price list configured for print fulfillment with Crystal Albums in two ways:

    1. By creating the price list from scratch, selecting prints from the list, setting up print fulfillment, and setting your own price for the photos.
    2. By creating a product price list based on the Crystal Albums offer, adjusting the prices and available formats to match your offer.

Step 3: Creating a gallery or session using the new price list

By setting the product price list as the default, it will always be used when creating a gallery or session. You can also manually select the price list when creating a gallery or session.

You can select the product price list by expanding "Więcej opcji" in the window for creating a gallery/private session.




Step 4: Sending the order to the Lab

The final step is to send the completed orders to the Crystal Albums panel. In the order details, there is a "Zrealizuj zamówienie" button; after clicking it, a new "Zlecenie druku" will open in draft form.


In the generated order, you can make additional changes and then send it to the Lab.

After sending the order to the Lab, it will be available in the Crystal Albums shopping cart and ready for payment.
