Can I modify my order?

Submitting files means their acceptance by the photographer and constitutes a final order for our company. Once the order is placed, it is automatically sent to production, so no changes can be made to the configuration afterwards.

If you want to correct a product you have already received, please send your request to bok@crystal-albums.pl or our fan page. Corrections in such cases are subject to additional charges.
