Which products can I order as samples?

Once you have set up an account in the ordering panel, you can order sample products from every category in our range — up to 2 sample copies per category between 1 January and 31 October each year, at a discount you receive after signing up on this page.

Sample materials are a great way to present your photos offline. They also show your future clients how — in what product — you will hand over their photos. An album in your hands makes a completely different impression than a file on a screen — it is easier to "sell", because the client feels for themselves that it is something more than a photo.

Below you will find the full list — grouped the same way as on crystal-albums.pl, so you can quickly build your sample set.

Albums

  • 📚 Storyalbum / Storybook – our flagship products, ideal for any type of photography. Storyalbum has thick, rigid pages (up to 80 pages) – they make an impression at the very first flip-through. Storybook has flexible pages (up to 80) – a great option for clients looking for something subtle but striking.
  • 📖 Photobook – a larger number of pages, up to 180. Ideal when clients want to fit as many photos as possible in one album - family, maternity, holiday or wedding reportage with many frames.
  • 🌿 ECO Album – rigid, non-bending pages and plenty of templates to choose from. Natural in feel, ideal for clients who love simplicity and slow-life aesthetics.
  • 🎓 Tablo – a simple keepsake with a single, freely personalised spread. Works great for smaller sessions and events – school, communion, birthday or christening photography.
  • 📕 Traditional album – chosen by those attached to tradition, who are angels of patience and love to paste prints in personally. Sells great paired with a Storyalbum: the first to show, the second as the client's private treasure.
  • 📚 Mini traditional – a nostalgic return to pasting photos by hand, which will bring a smile and childhood memories to many a client.
  • 📖 Book of Possibilities – like the Mini Traditional, a fully "editable" product, ideal for clients who love DIY. Paste in your own photos, decorate as you imagine.

 

For prints

  • 📦 CrystalBox – elegant boxes that hold up to 125 prints. They draw the eye and say: "These are not ordinary photos, this is a keepsake for life."
  • 🎞️ Triplex / Duplex – small, handy, in a linen cover for 2 or 3 photos. Great for children's, family and communion sessions.
  • 📁 Print folders – minimalist and elegant, in a linen cover (hold up to 50 prints). Ideal for handing over a set of prints from a session.

 

Wall decor

  • 🖼️ Photo prints – ready to hang (largest size 50×70 cm). They inspire clients to think of photos as home decoration, not a file on a drive.
  • 📸 CrystalBoard – works like a magnet: an ultra-matte surface, to hang or stand. Catches the eye and holds it longer.
  • 💌 Photo card – a thank-you for a session, a diploma, decoration, a card, or maybe a calendar? You decide what it will be. Low cost, great effect – ideal as an add-on to any order.
  • 🧲 Magnets – printing on a flexible rubber magnet. A small format that hangs in the client's line of sight every day: on the fridge, by the desk, in the office. It does not hide in a drawer – it works for your brand every day.

 

Limits and labelling

From each product category you can order up to 2 sample copies between 1 January and 31 October each year.

 

Every sample product will be marked with the words "sample product" – as an engraving or a sticker. This way you keep full transparency towards clients and at the same time protect the market value of our range.

 

How to claim discount codes?

You will receive discount codes for samples after signing up on this page. Once you fill in the form, you will get unique codes with which you will lower the cost of buying sample products.

Due to a minor technical limitation of the panel, we suggest ordering sample products in one order dedicated to that purpose. Then you can combine the codes within that order.

How to make the most of samples?

  1. At meetings with clients – nothing closes a conversation like placing an album on the table. Couples most often say then "this looks like a luxury book".
  2. On social media – stories, reels, static posts. Show the details of the covers, the turning of pages, clients' hands touching the product.
  3. On your website – a "products" tab with photos of samples helps clients buy consciously and reduces the number of questions before a session.
  4. As a demonstration gift for the client's family – e.g. grandma sees her granddaughter's album and wants to order prints or a photo card herself.
