Step 1. Connect your Photonesto account with your Crystal Albums account
To enable the integration, you need to have an account in both the Crystal Albums ordering panel and Photonesto.
If you do not have a Crystal Albums account yet, you can create one here: store.crystal-albums.pl
You can enable the integration in Photonesto under Sales Configuration → Photo Lab Integrations.
To activate the Crystal Albums integration, switch the activation button to “On”. A window will then appear where you can enter the API keys for your Crystal Albums account.
You can find your Crystal Albums API keys under “My Account” → “API”.
Copy the values displayed there and paste them into the Photonesto panel.
Step 2. Create a product price list with printing fulfilled by Crystal Albums
Once the integration is enabled, you are ready to start offering prints produced by our photo lab.
You can create a product price list under Sales Configuration → Product Price List.
There are two ways to create a price list for products printed by Crystal Albums:
- create a price list from scratch by selecting prints from the list, choosing Crystal Albums as the print fulfilment provider and setting your own prices,
- create a product price list based on the Crystal Albums offer and then adjust the prices and available formats to match your own offer.
Step 3. Create a gallery or session using your new price list
If you set the product price list as your default, it will automatically be used whenever you create a new gallery or session.
You can also select a price list manually when creating a gallery or private session.
To do this, expand “More options” in the gallery/private session creation window and select the appropriate product price list.
Please remember that selling photos through a gallery is optional. You need to enable this feature first before you can select a product price list.
Step 4. Send the order to the photo lab
The final step is to send completed orders to the Crystal Albums ordering panel.
In the order details, click “Fulfil order”. This will create a new print order as a draft.
You can make additional changes to the generated order before sending it to the photo lab.
Once the order has been sent, it will appear in your Crystal Albums shopping cart and will be ready for payment.
At this stage, you can also add other products or print orders to your cart and pay for everything together.
