# Recovering access to your account

If you've forgotten your password, reset it on the panel's login page (store.crystal-albums.pl) - "Forgot your password?" — we'll send a link to set a new password to your email. If you've also lost access to your mailbox or your account appears to be blocked, write to us at **[bok@crystal-albums.pl](mailto:bok@crystal-albums.pl)**.

**Resetting your password step by step**

1. Go to the login page at [store.crystal-albums.pl](https://store.crystal-albums.pl/).
2. Click *"Forgot your password?"*
3. Enter the email address your account is registered to.

Open our email and set a new password.

**Want to change your login email?**

That's a separate matter — we show it step by step in „Changing your email address in the order panel".

> **Note!** We only write to you from addresses in the [crystal-albums.pl](http://crystal-albums.pl/) domain. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your „Promotions" and „Spam" folders.
