Recovering access to your account

If you've forgotten your password, reset it on the panel's login page (store.crystal-albums.pl) - "Forgot your password?" — we'll send a link to set a new password to your email. If you've also lost access to your mailbox or your account appears to be blocked, write to us at bok@crystal-albums.pl.

 

Resetting your password step by step

1. Go to the login page at store.crystal-albums.pl.
2. Click "Forgot your password?"
3. Enter the email address your account is registered to.

Open our email and set a new password.

Note! We only write to you from addresses in the crystal-albums.pl domain. If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your „Promotions" and „Spam" folders.
