What should the file names be for files submitted for printing?
As you know, the minimum number of spreads in an album is 10.
Therefore, we insist on numbering spreads according to the principle: 01, 02,...09, 10, 11,...19, 20, 21, and so on.
Using a different numbering system may cause your order's photo index (spread preview) to display the images out of order.
Examples:
- With numbering like 1, 2,...9, 10, 11, 12, the files will be arranged for printing as: 1, 10, 11, 12, 2,...9.
- With numbering like 1 (1), 1 (2),...2 (1), 2 (2), files will be arranged as recorded, i.e., 1 (1), 1 (2), 1 (3),...2 (1), 2 (2), even if files 1 (1) and 2 (1) are meant to be sequential according to the photographer.
