How to order your custom embossing matrix?

What kind of matrix can you order?

The option to order a matrix is mainly dedicated to those who want to order their logo design for embossing on all our products (on which the embossing option is available). It can also be a monogram or a unique design associated with your brand.

Your matrix is stored in a dedicated drawer and given a unique name, which you will use when ordering products.

Commonly used designs or words are not subject to individual orders and restrictions.

The matrix is used to personalize selected products with embossing in gold, silver, copper, and rose gold.

You can place an order for your custom embossing matrix after logging in exclusively through the new order panel. You will find it as a separate product on the main page.

Until August 31, 2024, matrices will be available at a promotional price. Details can be found after logging in to the new order panel.

A few important rules when placing an order:

• The embossing file must be submitted in vector format (.cdr, .ai, .eps files),
• Designs with a minimum line thickness of 0.25 mm are best suited for embossing,
• The logo should not contain fine details and very delicate inscriptions or decorations—if the client decides to use such graphics, we cannot guarantee the proper execution of the embossing,
• The maximum working area of the matrix is 4.5 cm x 8 cm,

Within 5 working days of placing the order for the matrix, we will contact you to confirm the final appearance of your submitted embossing design. After the project is approved, we will order the matrix and issue an invoice.

IMPORTANT! Using your custom embossing matrix on a given product is subject to a fee according to the price list.
