Can I add an order to an existing order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to combine orders — please submit complete orders. (Additionally, to ensure prompt processing, orders are immediately sent directly to production and we are unable to withdraw them.
Both in the terms and conditions, on the website, and at the end of the ordering process, we provide information that we do not combine orders — by placing an order, the customer confirms its completeness.
We understand that it may seem straightforward, but it is very problematic and causes a lot of confusion for us. The fact is that orders are packed continuously, and making sure to add additional photos to an existing shipment creates disarray.
Additionally, once a shipment is packed, locating it among large stacks of already packed orders takes a significant amount of time and causes considerable confusion.
