# Calendars — frequently asked questions

## Answers to the most common questions about wall calendars: calendar period, different photos, frame colours, cropping, hanging hole and additional copies.

**What dates does the calendar cover?**From December 2026 to February 2028 — 15 months. You can hang the calendar before Christmas.

**Can I order several calendars with different photos?**Yes. Add each calendar with a different photo to the cart as a separate product. "Additional copies" are always copies of the same calendar.

**I ordered a framed calendar. Where do I upload the photo?**You do not upload the photo for the frame with the calendar. You order it separately as a print in **Prints → Photo prints**, in the same order. Instructions: [Framed calendar — how to order the photo for the frame](https://kb.crystal-albums.pl/en/framed-calendar-photo-for-frame).

**I forgot to order the print for the frame. What now?**No problem. The calendar will arrive without a photo inside. You can order the print in a separate order. Unfortunately, we do not merge orders or add files to an order that has already been placed.

**What frame colours are available?**Ecru, red, brown, green and blue.

**Can I crop the photo in the panel?**No. For the magnet calendar, a photo with proportions other than 2:3 will be cropped centrally. Crop it before uploading: [Magnet calendar — file dimensions](https://kb.crystal-albums.pl/en/magnet-calendar-file-dimensions).

**Does the framed calendar have a hanging hole?**Yes, every framed calendar has a hanging hole as standard, at no extra cost.

**Can I design my own calendar grid?**No. The calendar grid is printed in a fixed design — you personalise the photo and the frame colour.

**Where can I find the calendar in the panel?**You can order the calendar in **Prints → Framed calendar** or **Prints → Magnet calendar**.
